Porcelanosa - Watford

Good selection of tiles and showroom is nice and big which helps visualise how different combination of tiles will look. But found staff rude and arrogant. I asked simple questions that anyone would ask when spending so much on bathroom tiles like what kind of upkeep is required and whether standard cleaning products will damage the tiles but staff acted like the questions were ridiculous, saying they've never been asked these things before. As much as I liked the tiles, I didn't like the attitude. Instead found the same brand at a local supplier who offered a better price. Only good thing is they're very generous when giving samples of tiles which is helpful to take back and see how it would look in your own room.
