Thats to begin with - next - reception staff was really rude at all times, no matter what question I had, theyve replied rudely.
reception staff did not want to book us in for dinner at the restaurant claiming it was fully booked and they were short of staff, when clearly we did see that restaurant was more than half empty for dinner and the staff didnt seem busy at all!
Alright, breakfast time- guess what, 10 for just leftovers. . . Literally the worst and most little breakfast buffet Ive ever seen .
Asked if I could have some hash browns I was replied with a oh no no no and thats it.
I could only thank the guys from the pool who were really nice at all times, exceptional service, and the Turkish lady from the breakfast team. She was always smiling and willing to help.
