        Impossible to get through on the phone

        Enquiry about a part for my vehicle and Dan Heys was really helpful trying his best to source the part, window aperture, for me. He even emailed the photos making sure it's the correct one.

        Although I was the only customer it took them at least 20 minutes to copy my documents and invoice me for a replacement ignition key. So I'd say they were slow, but very polite and laid- back with it.

        Been twice. Garage was ok other then the car wash. (Next time i'll tell them not to wash it!!) the service team at call centre are useless never got a call back after they booked it all wrong. Well email 11 times and still no response. Sorted after months....... 3rd time unlucky 2022. service and cambelt. Car was clean this time. But cost was 200 more then shown on there website and SEAT fixed price maintenance web page. Also the trim wasn't put back on correctly. Still waiting for a call/email back.(week so far) Poor job and customer care. Not sure I be going back.....tbc
