I met Lisa when she offered online class tuition via Zoom classes this year. She is an experienced and highly qualified Iyengar yoga teacher. Her manner is warm and welcoming. Her yoga studio is purpose built with all Iyengar yoga props for classes, plus the technology to seamlessly link up with students at home.
Iyengar yoga is a wonderful type of yoga that can be done by anyone of any age and ability, as props enable posture and alignment until strength and technique is developed so they can be set aside. The standard of teacher training is superb and you are taught and encouraged in a positive and supportive way. I started Iyengar yoga in 2013, it is very engaging for a busy mind and it enables you to improve the health of your mind and body safely.
With 2021 likely to continue a restricted lifestyle for quite some time why not try signing up for an online class with Lisa, you will be made most welcome whatever your current fitness level.
