I have redone the floor of my entire flat. The service was great from the start to the end. Initially I was worried as my flat is very small and I live in it but I quickly got reassured by Nadya. She has been absolutely great, very straight forward and very helpful. After contacting few companies, TimberZone is the only company who made the effort to visit the place. Nadya put all the efforts to respond to my requests. Her team was absolutely great, very professional. The work is superb, the workers paid attention to details, which I love! The whole place was done very quickly and to a top standard. The workers also left the place cleaned. Thank you again !

If you want bespoke wooden floors then Timberzone is definitely the place to go to. Verry helpful, knowledgeable and experienced. You will also be spoilt for choice on the range of floorings available. I would definitely use the company again.

We had the pleasure working with Nadya and Shima for our flooring. To be fair, they did a great job after we had changed our scope from 2 rooms to 3 rooms, finally we decided to replace all the floors for underfloor heating and had multiple changes in thickness of the wood. All the times, Nadya responded easily and accommodating. What I appreciated most about TimberZone was when I provided the feedback on how communication could be improved both of them heard us and acted on it. Overall, we are really pleased with the workmanship and how they manage the project from start to end. I will definitely come back to TimberZone again when we are extending the house!
