I can highly recommend Maritza to everyone of every age. I am a mature lady wth scoliosis causing bouts of sciatic pain but with her support and advice this does not interfere with my daily activities. Maritza manages to give individual attention within a group setting.

Maritza is an exceptional teacher. When I started her classes a year ago one of my shoulders was more tilted than the other. Since attending classes it has improved drastically and Im much more balanced. Maritza is highly skilled at teaching Pilates and has in-depth knowledge about the body and all of its muscles. Classes with Maritza are always good fun and we leave every class feeling more fit and energised.

I joined about 6 weeks ago as a first timer to pilates and have not looked back since. I can already feel the difference in my core strength and thank Maritza for this. Maritza classes are small, therefore each exercise can be adapted to individuals as all may not be at same level and Maritza will guide you accordingly. Absolutely loving reformers pilates and the benefits to my body.
