        Valerie is an excellent teacher. All muscle groups get a work out which is great. I can feel that my core is getting stronger and it just makes you feel good about yourself. She is professional, caring and fun! If you are looking to join a group and start Pilates, you will not be disappointed with Valerie's classes.

        Valerie is a very experienced and professional pilates teacher. She loves what she does and is very patient and helpful in explaining exercises. She is a kind a caring person, who gives her clients all the attention they need. I highly recommend her as a pilates teacher!

        Been going to Valerie's classes for a year now and really enjoy it. She makes sure you are doing the exercises correctly and encourages you to participate to your full capacity. Highly recommend you try her class.

        I would highly recommend Pilates with Valarie her passion and knowledge is amazing and Her enthusiasm I have scoliosis and after 2 months of twice weekly lessons I can definitely feel my back is getting stronger . Thanks to Pilates with Valarie
