        A big thank you to Mark Stern for treating my disc injury. He was able to relieve the severe pain initially and through follow up treatments identify the trigger and work on prevention of future episodes.         I have been suffering from CFS/ME for 18 months with my fatigue getting progressively worse. I have tried lots of different things - diet, supplements, talking therapies, sleep support, pacing, but nothing has made any difference at all. We found out about the Perrin technique by chance. Sophie King said that it would take minimum 3 months to feel any difference at all, but after only 4 weekly treatments, I am already feeling so much better, more energised, fresher and back where I was 6 months into my illness. The Perrin technique has been a game-changer for me.
