        When you try and support a local company and they dont answer the phone, dont open within their advertised opening hours, cant supply the goods ordered, cant send out samples and they have a hole in their showroom roof and stock littered on the floor.3 months later you think its time to go back to the chain. Extra star for Leon being very good.

        Very unprofessional guy at the store, Leon. Reached out to make an order for floor carpet, hanged up and promised to call back a couple of times. Did not bother to call back, I made an effort to physically visit the shop, even still pretended to place my order which Im sure did not happen. Waited a week later without reply. Clearly did not want to sell to me.
