        Just spoke to Shibon in the appointments dept for a reschedule due to the urgency to be seen, and she was extremely polite on the phone and very understanding too, and provided the right advice as well She was very pleasant to talk to over the phone. Thank you

        14/4 surgery date. I was very nervous but the team here was so professional and caring. Thank you in particular to nursing staff Loris and Mr Al-Taan consultant and anaesthetist (whose name I didn't catch). Progress since surgery has been brilliant and I truly feel I'm getting my life back.

        I would just say to check the prices before to start any procedure here. We couldn't find any prices. They said, "Invoice will be sent." We have been charged 350 every time we saw the doctor We have been charged for Initial consultation . Consultation before the procedure . Procedure After procedure consultation Honest to be with you We didn't even go to after procedure consultation. Just to point out, the procedure cost 150 an easy nose cauterisation was all the procedure, while all the checks cost 1k All the check and procedures added together didn't take more that 1 hour Highly recomaded to establish the charges before to start anything

        I can't thank the team from Spire enough, for all the support and care they have given to me. From the Diagnostic Centre team, Nurse Grace and HCA Carmen which are demonstrated a great support and reliability and Nurse Loris from Bushey Hospital for all his care, and ofcourse Mr All-Tann who is a great surgeon . All of them are great and they deserve more than five stars . Thank you all from the bottom of my heart
