We had a video consultation with Dr Crespi for our 7 year old daughter. It was amazing to see how he helped her to feel at ease and welcome in the conversation - even via a screen. He answered her questions, and ours, in such a way that she'd understand what was happening. He is kind, compassionate, practical and understanding. Since our consultation he has stayed in touch and been available to answer questions. A real gem - I'm so glad we found him.

We took our 4 year old son to see Dr Crespi at Elstree. Our son had been having problems with his bowel movement for 6 months, and we were becoming very concerned. Dr Crespi was very thorough in his assessment and gave expert advice at all times. I was also impressed at Dr Crespi's approach in carefully reviewing tests carried out to date and only recommending further tests if considered necessary. Dr Crespi's secretary (Carolyn) was also super easy to contact, communicated clearly, and always helped to schedule in earliest available appointments. We came to see Dr Crespi at the Wellington Hospital in Elstree as my 15 year old daughter was having strong stomach pains on and off and vomiting too over a couple of weeks. He was so kind, patient and above all extremely thorough and professional. He organised for all relevant tests to be done straight away and his bedside manner was outstanding. My daughter is now fully recovered and his diagnosis was spot on! We cant recommend Dr Crespi enough and will miss his kind, caring and professional nature.
