        I have worked out in very different way before but I always wanted to do something that needs %100 focus and let me be away from my phone, thinking about work etc. When I found AJfitness thought I should give a try to Pole and see how it goes, 6 months later today Im writing this review to thank amazing Amanda and her team for all the professional supports, creating friendly atmosphere and encouraging me to getting closer to my Goal! I %110 recommended her to all aerial lovers!

        Such a positive and fun studio! Started with pole and loved it so much I have tried hoop and aerial yoga too! Staff are amazing and always so supportive! Would definitely recommend to anyone who is thinking of trying pole/aerial fitness.
