We met Scott when he came to value our house. His knowledge of the market, and his very personable manner made Benjamin Stevens and easy choice. Nothing was too much trouble and he was always available to speak to. We sold our house in one day and the whole process went through quickly and smoothly. Thanks also to Jackie who showed our house and kept us up to date all the way through. Joe has a great team at the Bushey branch of Benjamin Stevens we would highly recommend them.

We are not normally ones to write reviews but we felt we wanted to for Benjamin Stevens and Scott at the Bushey office as they provided a service which we thought didn't exist any more. We were purchasing a house through Benjamin Stevens but not selling through them. The sale of our house was going sideways as they say due to the fact we were selling to a private buyer who appeared to have little experience in buying houses. Scott stepped in and offered assistance and guidance to our buyer which turned everything around for us. Scott communicated daily and offered constant updates and we genuinely believe the only reason our relocation happened was because of Scott's tenacity and professionalism. Scott and all the team are well worth this review and we can't thank them enough for all they did.
