I couldn't disagree more with the previous complainer about Morrisons Bushey. Regular visitor staff very friendly. By the way I'm a manager of a large organisation In customer service.

Every time I ask why is the post office closed yet it says is open from 8am to 8pm Monday to Saturday they are always very rude and once the guy didnt even bother answering, just turned around and completely ignored me. Awful rude staff!

There is no point in the shop answering these reviews if your not going to CHANGE YOUR SERVICE. Be helpful and efficient. Not SLOW! There is a young girl that smiles but it's not enough. Why is there too much queue. Why does someone not think to help straight away. You can stop shelf filling for a bit. You all need training on CUSTOMER SERVICE staff need to be nice first so customers are nice back. Otherwise you won't have any customers!!! Local shops operate privately and it's a shame as you're representing a brand not a convenience store under your name.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My brother was asked to get some shopping for my elderly mother. He popped into Morrisons Daily in Bushey Heath. The shopping list included 2 jars of Kenco coffee (regular & decaf) He was charged 7.45 for the jar of regular smooth Kenco coffee! (Normal retail price is 4.50). Absolutely outrageous! When he went to pay / tap his card he was told that his card was declined so he paid cash. ( his card worked perfectly in all other shops etc). This store is an absolute rip off & gives the Morrison brand a bad name. Never again will we or anyone we know purchase anything from this branch.
