My customer experiece with my MG HS PHEV that was purchased in December 2022 went well up to the point I got home and realised that in the glove box I had dangling USB. Well it turned out that vehicle was sold to me with a temporary fix for the DAB radio. Tried to get in contact with them to get matter resolved, but without success. I think that the worse thing out if this experience is that at no point in any of the communications, I was advised of the fact that my vehicle has such an issue. Very disappointed as now I have been left with a vehicle that has temporary fix to the DAB.

Been taking my Hyundai here for a service a few tears, very efficient and quick - just over an hour/hour and half. Friendly service and reasonable pricing.

Excellent sales service from David Pearce. Always met with a friendly, smiling face. Collected my new MG ZS EV LR on 2/3/2023. Car was ready as promised. He gave me an expert overview of the car before handing the keys over. In the time I waited for delivery of the car, David kept me up to date on any progress re the delivery of the car. He is a very kind, always friendly and efficient salesman to deal with. Highly recommended.
