Wenzel's the Bakers

I love my local Wenzel's (And the store in Watford.) Lovely fresh hot and cold food and such delicious, oh so tempting, cakes, donuts breads and biscuits. The staff are fantastic, always so friendly and smiling, I always have a little chat and laugh with them. They can all make a lovely cup of tea too! The new little seating area outside is nice. I can highly recommend my local Wenzel's.

Very rude lady at the counter, she has been extremely rude for months and as a former manager I don't understand how she is possibly still working there without anyone deciding to retrain her on customer service. If you don't want to work facing people find a different job.

This branch is an absolute joke, the lady working here is rude very unprofessional, slammed my food on the counter, spoke to me in very rude manner disgusting behaviour. Staff here need to be sacked and replaced with staff with customer service skills. I will NEVER use this branch again AWFUL AWFUL PPL WORKING HERE. DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR The lady In question was working here on Saturday 17th September 2022 at 5.15pm, she refused to give me her name, she did not speak very good English i think she was Eastern European. She needs to be investigated as im not the only customer who feels this way.
