A thorough assessment and review of vaccinations required, great care and gentle approach in administration of vaccines leading to no pain whatsoever. Terry also gives additional travel guidance over and above vaccinations. Thoroughly recommend this clinic and pharmacy!

What an Amazing Customer Service from the owner Mr Reid and his fantastic staff. I was promised I was going to have a fun vaccination for yellow fever and I had fun and a good conversation. Impressed with how Mr Reid is pushing young people to achieve thier potential. This man deserves a medal.

We went to this chemist to get our vaccinations for our trip to the Dominican. well, what can i say such a lovely place, he talked us through all the things to be aware of while visiting, told us what injections were needed and not needed. Also my daughter is not a fan of injections she gets herself so worked up but he totaly put her at ease and explained things step by step and she was so surprised she didnt feel a thing. We would definantly recomend this place if you would like to be treated with compassion and we will be going back if we ever need vaccinations. Keep giving the service you are giving our experience was amazing. Lisa

Wow, I didn't check the reviews when I went to see Terry for my travel vaccinations and now I can see that it wasn't just a fluke or 'by chance' an amazing experience- it is aways like that! I never write reviews as it never feels like i need to, but this time was exceptional. Such care and attention was given during my time there it even made me feel tearful. Compared to any other travel clinic in London the prices were incredibly cheap- I had 5 vaccines for my Thailand trip and paid less than 130. I will never go anywhere else now I discovered Reid's Pharmacy.

I thought I was just attending the clinic for a yellow fever vaccination. I couldn't be more wrong. A thorough consultation was given. My previous vaccinations were explored in order to make sure I was covered and up to date with vaccinations for the country I was visiting. In addition to this i was given helpful information about food, water hygiene etc. This was a first class experience.
