        We have now used Colin three times. He is an old school surveyor who does things properly. He has helped us get a fair price the homes we have bought and unearthed all the issues incredibly diligently. We found him by asking around the local estate agents with whom he seems to have a legendary / fearsome reputation. He also turns things around very promptly.

        Colin's work was very detailed and through. Have used him for 2 properties so far and he was a pleasure to work with. Pointed out the pit falls for the properties and also the benefits. I would happily use his services again, as and when required. I found his prices to be competitive and for the work that his done, I would have happily paid more! He was happy to speak to me regarding the properties even after his reports were done, as I had additional questions/queries.
