Great service. I came for travel vaccinations that I needed for working on a cruise ship and got some excellent advice and help, as well as the vaccinations on the spot, which were provided at a fair price. The staff are friendly and approachable, and I got all the help I needed. They even tossed in some nice-smelling insect repellent free of charge in addition to the vaccines. The staff went to (what felt like) great lengths to make the vaccination process an enjoyable experience. I was given some chocolate at the end and music to listen to during the vaccinations. Thank you very much for a great experience.

Found Reids pharmacy to complete the Rabies Vaccine cycle as Boots were not able to find all the doses. MUCH BETTER experience at Reids and way more informative, now I wish I had all my vaccinations done here. Mr Reid went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and calm to receive the vaccine. I had no pain whatsoever in my arm after the vaccinations! Definitely recommend this pharmacy for travel vaccinations! Thank you!

Never had pain free injections before! Terry was kind and informative! My wife was a little nervous and Terry guided her through it! She left after the jabs, stating it was much more pleasant experience vs her regular pharmacy! Thanks to Terry and the team!

Id give more than 5 stars if I could. Exceptional service, very kind, helpful & reassuring with travel vaccinations. Superb. Recommending to all.

BEWARE!!!!! When we rang up, the lady told us took online for the travel cilinic and pay a 10 consultation fee, which I explained that we don't need a consultation as we ahve already spoken with our GP nurse. She told us that this will be minused on the total bill. When we went to pay, this was not minused so keep this in mind when booking. Really poor "experience" oberslly from TERRY. We went for jabs with a child. He wanted to "creat an enjoyable experience" for a child. What mamjo bambo is this?? What child enjoys having an injection?? Because the child was not "acting" as he wanted (doing what he wants), he was adamant to tell me to restrain him so we could "get over and done with as he has others waiting". What an "enjoyable experience". He was adament that he new my child better than he did and talking to a 5 year old like the child is 15, expecting the child to understand everything hee is telling him! My child was told that he would get a chocolate at the end and when the child was asked to choose, he was given barely 5 seconds before he was told time is up - what an "enjoyable experience" after having your hand jabbed for a child. Eventually he came back to give the child a chocolate and when the child opened it to eat it, it was white (stale chocolate). AVOID THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE LIED TO AND TOLD HOW TO TREAT YOUR OWN CHILD.
