It's 2022 and they pharmacy only takes cash payments. I'm waiting for a new bank card and only managed to get some cash by borrowing from a flatmate. If my flatmate wasn't home I wouldn't have been able to collect my prescription until Thursday, which would have been too late. No customer service or empathy from the employees. It's important for people to get their medication on time and these days most people pay using a smart device. Cash only payment at a pharmacy really isn't acceptable in 2022. Will be switching nominated pharmacies with my GP ASAP. Not risking being unable to collect meds because of outdated payment systems. (Edited to add - the only good experience is that my prescription wasn't ready at the time but the pharmacist prepared it super efficiently, so thank you to him.)

I have been going to this Haywards chemist bush hill for a long time now and I cannot rate the pharmacist enough they are so lovely if I could give them 10* stars I would also I would just like to add that I dont feel they have been given enough praise and respect for being there all through this pandemic and how much pressure they have had being overworked due to doctors not open so thank you so much for all your hard work.
