I have known Karen, now since 2020 and she has changed my perspective around exercise and fitness, enjoy following her Bodyfaze page, watching all the tips she gives and in particular to improving our core strength. She is so knowledgeable about everything to do with menopause and has directed me when I needed to know what my options were and how the best way to go about it was. Highly recommend her services.

I have been a member of the bodyfaze membership hub for a few months now. As someone who has NEVER stuck to an exercise regime before, I'm still going strong! I love that there are different types of workouts for different abilities and that there are many you can do in 15mins. Which is a great bonus. Following the workouts in the morning leaves me energised and motivated to start my day, and as new content is regularly added there's always something new to try. I'm loving it! Thank you bodyfaze team!!

Ive recently become what you would describe as a regular runner. Bodyfaze Fitness (via their coaches Karen and Adrian Browne have expertly navigated me through with both fitness schedules and (more recently) with my flexibility and elastic strength which is now improving. Im new to Pilates and the knowledge of the coaches that are helping is invaluable. Whatever your sport and whatever your level or age range? I would recommend using their services.
