Having gone to Jessica with severe back pain, which I had on and off for many years. I found her very calm and knowledgeable, would definitely recommend her to friends and family. Wish I had found her years ago.

Great Osteopath, Jessica is really knowledgable and helped me with my lower back and thigh tightness. Would recommend to anyone having spinal or muscular issues.

Great service, kind staff, I was very distressed due to a back injury, I was put at ease immediately. The appointment went at my pace in a very caring and considerate manner. Everything was explained to me in a way I could understand and I was given detailed plan to support my recovery at home. Excellent service

After 6 months of agony and endless visits to my GP (who did nothing for me except prescribe medication that did not help) I finally found relief for my back and excruciating leg pain caused by a large prolapsed disc. John is a very knowledgeable, professional, kind and amazing osteopath. After my consultation and looking at my MRI he explained how the IDD Therapy works by decompressing the discs and how it could help me..... and it certainly has!! John was able to answer all my questions, put me at ease and I have now completed the course and I can honestly say that the dark cloud has lifted and I am feeling optimistic. My leg pain, spasms and pins and needles have completely gone! I still have some lower back pain but nothing compared to how it was. I know it will take a bit more time and I am being patient because I know that John is always there to assist. Thank you so, so much John!!
