        Horrible horrible experience. Bought a hoover and realised it was wrong, not powerful and wrongly advised. They wouldnt return after 2 min Home use, after a long long negotiation. They refunded half the cost. Really upsetting. Im a single dad on low income and the robbed me. I tried to support my local business. But whats the point when I get treated like that.

        If i can give 10 stars i would, from start to finish these guys were great, quick , helpful and professional. Massive thanks to Alan for helping with the ordering and the delivery drivers were so helpful and nice to us. i didn't get their names but please thank them for their hard work.
