Lacking in customer care or service. An attitude not conducive to attracting loyal customers. I bought a cardigan in August 22, 2nd time worn this February 23 and the whole arm seam came undone on my way to work. The owner had an awful attitude albeit took my contact details to let me know what the manufacturer thought! Havent heard a word to date, however have heard the shop has had to close, if thats the case, all I can say is Karma! In reply, if you recall, the incident had only just occurred and I said I would be able to bring the receipt but you were adamant on nothing could be done except contacting the manufacturer, not even an offer of repair on presentation of the receipt, because it was more than 3 months passed. I have bought from you in the past and on another occasion needed to return an unsuitable item, which I exchanged spending double the original cost. I accept the policy of no refund, not a problem, but when an item is faulty and the retailer goes on the defensive immediately, that I find graceless and unhelpful. I can fix the item myself, but a small gesture of goodwill to go towards repair cost would have gone a long way, with proof of purchase of course.

Beautiful family-run business, staff member Elena was efficient, polite and helpful, and the kitchenware I bought was cheap given its exceptionally high quality. I'll be returning for more and I greatly recommend checking it out!!

Great selection of beautiful homeware. The Tutti collection of jewellery ,earrings,necklaces and bracelets are amazing. Just the place to visit when you need to buy somebody a gift. And always receive such a warm welcome . Would definetly reccomend .
