Excellent experience with Martin and William, couldn't recommend them enough! We didn't know anything about carpets or what exactly we needed, we just knew that we needed to get rid of the old carpets and fix some of the squeeky floors. They were great in explaining the limits of what's possible when doing such a job, brought us loads of carpet samples, and helped us decide between them without trying to upsell us. They also explained why they would choose certain measurements and where the joining of the carpets will be and how that will look like. The communication throughout was perfect, they were on time for both measuring and for the fitting job, extremely friendly and extremely competent. Would 100% choose them again.
