This surgery has gone down hill. Dr Chang has always been a bit of a handful, doesnt listen. Dr Foong is amazing and does listen. Medicus & Patches are a joke. I consistently run out of HRT because I cannot get a (phone) app for weeks The system wasnt broken but now it most definitely is. The 2 stars are for the receptionists ( I feel your pain) and Dr Foong

Waited a whole week for a phone call appointment only for someone to call me after 9 PM in the evening and then send a message I didn't answered it. I rang the practice the next day and they could not do anything to help or offer alternative phone consultation. Really disappointed with how this is being handled.

Extremely rude and impatient. My father of 80 has had ongoing blood pressure problems which we recently had to call 111 for and visited the UTC. The advisor there told us the registered GP should routinely check patients with high blood pressure. This is also partly out fault for not requesting a routine check up but on visit to the practice to give the letter we received from the advisor, we were aggressively told if you have chest pains then hurry to the A&E which the advisor specifically said not to do without monitoring the blood pressure for at least a week. The aim of the visit was just to speak about recording high blood pressure values at home in which can be assessed by the doctor a week later to ensure the dosage of the tablets is still sufficient as the reason we were worried in the first place was due to consistent readings of 180-200/80. My father was also administered into the hospital a couple of weeks ago and found out he could not pass all of the urine in his bladder which may be cause by an inflation in the prostate. The doctor that was in charge of the investigation sent out a letter to the GP for a follow up which still has not been done. The GP practice has a phone consultations but seems like it's impossible to actually make it since even if you call at 8am and are 4th in the queue, by the time you've been on the phone for 15 minutes, all the appointments have been fully booked up.
