All this place does is fob you off ! You never get the medical attention you need with all the excuses under the sun given by them. Nearly lost my life after asking for urgent mental health help at this surgery . My children have been removed twice from their records with no answer as to why . Referrals for scans etc go missing after waiting months in daily pain . The only thing I can say is that the receptionists seem to be trying their best and are polite . I really dread to think how the elderly are treated at this surgery as the information you are given is relayed back to you like a riddle . Think it's time to change surgeries !!!

Good surgery. Modern and clean. Never had a problem booking an appointment, staff have always been polite and professional both in person and on the phone. Doctors are also amiable and professional. As with anything NHS youll likely have to wait for an open appointment but whats new?

Some of the staff talk to elderly people in a demeaning way and always point out the NHS rules instead of looking at the concern of the patient. Admin needs to have respect for the patient. You will eventually get stressed out because of thier lack in helping you. A lady was asked to phone in for her results regardless of her stand next to the person that can give her the results because it was not a good time to take her to a private room to discuss the results. To be fair all Doctors surgeries are pathetic in helping patients in London.

The worst GP Ive ever had. They all still work from home, even if its a serious issue you wont be seen by a doctor. Ended up in A&E for serious issues multiple times. Would give 0 starts if I could.

Yes, it's as bad as other reviewers say. Go to A&E instead. Judging by the Tesla Model X parked in another GP surgery near me, they are spending money in all the wrong places.
