        Ever since Medicus Health took over this practice it has been impossible to get an appointment. The call centre that makes the bookings isnt staffed well, the booking staff tell you you cant see an actual doctor and actively encourage you to visit A&E rather than provide a GP consult. Absolutely appalling and indicative of the way private enterprise in health care prioritise profits. Only given one star to be able to leave a review otherwise Id give none

        Worst experience ringing for 2 weeks for ANY type of appointment, and nothing we have moved surgery now and within one day I was getting the help I needed. The reception was not helpful, no interest or concern or any offer of help apart from call 111. I could go on... But won't waste my time any longer.
