I've worked with Kaz on 2 projects in North London. He is experienced and good in communicating with and managing builders and contractors. He sorted planning and party wall matters and permits for parking and skips. He provided full drawings and specs and was on site almost every day to answer any questions. He also helped with buying materials and advised on the best product to use and paid for work carried out on time. Working with Kaz has been an extremely smooth process. Kaz's attention to detail is outstanding. His communication is courteous, frequent and immediate. I have the experience of working with Kaz on numerous projects, both as an architect and his client. He is an experienced designer and manager, particularly in the London housing and retail sectors. For our extension project he managed the design very carefully at the outset by providing early cost estimates. After tendering the project he split the construction package between different contractors which saved us approximately 40% on the final construction cost.
