I love Julie's Yoga classes and can't recommend them enough. Her knowledge of how your body should move and function underlies everything she does. As a result of her knowledge she will keep a close eye on your form and help you to correct any misalignments/posture/balance issues during the workouts. Each class offers a different focus as well as routine flows. A five star plus from me!

I came to Julies class as a beginner. I immediately felt welcome, and settled into the group nicely. The way she guides you through each session is perfect. Easy to follow and understand. She goes at a good pace, and ensures everyone is doing it correctly. I went with a bad back 2 weeks ago, and after the class it was better! I also love the relaxation techniques she uses. Her voice is very soothing, and Ive found these especially beneficial. Theyre the thing I look most forward to.
