AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Rogue traders that will charge professional rates for work that is either not completed or carried out to a shocking standard. See attached images of so called work completed by them and there invoice description below. It will give you an idea of the quality of work carried out by these scam artists. Its just part of the 3500 I paid for completely shocking work. As a landlord who doesn't live local, Property medics is the only contractor used by Belvoir lettings. property medics is actually the ex director of Belvoir so gets work guaranteed from this terrible letting agency. **Brickwork back extension unsafe - Cracks in mortar in the brickwork causing wall to be unsafe, Brick stitch all affected areas and make fully safe and structurally safe This may need window and door frame removing as part of this process 990.00** **Large crack in lounge ceiling - this needs fully filling and sanding down then all ceiling from lounge into dining room/kitchen repainting in white super-covertex emulsion 210** **Pipe from kitchen to grid broken and needs new piping replumbing from kitchen to outside 108 **
