I contacted Silvana at Compliance Training to carry out some basic first aid and defib training for the staff at my local community club. As most of the bar staff work during the day it was necessary to run the session from 6.00 p.m. Silvana was more than happy to do this for us. The session was extremely professional, but done in such a way as to make everyone feel at ease and able to interact and raise any queries throughout the session. Everyone who attended enjoyed the session and felt that it had given them the knowledge and confidence should they ever be in a position that required them to help. Hoddlesden Club

We are a ladies charity and we recently completed a food hygiene course at our company, facilitated by Silvana. All of our ladies passed the course and we found it to be very informative. Silvana was absolutely brilliant, she was so very patient and really helpful, taking time to explain things in more detail to give everyone the best chance at learning. We would fully recommend Compliance Training Limited, their Food Hygiene Course and in particular Silvana Holt whom we look forward to seeing again.

Great communication throughout the whole process, very accommodating to the needs of our business. We were able to add specific detail to our training so it focused on live real life issues we were experiencing at the time. The actual onsite training was received really well by our team members who all learned plenty over the 2 days, the relaxed open discussion based learning was the main reason for this. The training worked so well for us were rolling it out across all of our teams and depots over the country both face to face and via zoom.

Attended the Level 2 First Aid for Mental Health course held at the Fusilier Museum in Bury. Excellent course, tutor was very professional and knowledgeable and sensitive to everyone's understanding/knowledge of mental health. Great interaction with the group and got everyone involved. The group were from various different sectors but it did not matter as everyone was encouraged to join in. Some great tips picked up on the day and made me think about things. Would highly recommend this course to everyone

A thorough but easy to follow one day first aid course made extremely enjoyable by our trainer Jaime. All information given to us during the day was broken down into concise, manageable sections that were fun to partake in whether it was the first aid newbies or those that were doing it for the 3rd or 4th time. Thank you to all those that help to arrange the day.
