Received my cheque, I must admit that I was worried that it was a scam company after reading the reviews, but after receiving a notification letter from HMRC that a cheque had been realised to tax advisory group, four weeks later it was forwarded on to me minus charges etc, they done what was asked and found money I didn't think or know I was entitled to. The lack of communications let the whole process down, especially with the bad reviews on line, this made me very nervous , once I managed to find the best avenues of communicating, I found out some answers, but before my efforts, I didnt get notified that they had received a cheque from HMRC, I didn't get notified that the company had changed names, and I didn't get told how much the cheque was for or a detailed break down of fees and charges (still waiting on this)....., Overall I'm happy with the service but my advice would be to ppi tax advisory group, communicate with your customers more, the bad reviews don't help and the communication I had with you was very reassuring, the cheque is here just before Christmas as you said it would be, and I couldn't be happier ..... Thank you

Used this company. I did receive a cheque but they took more than the 30 per cent commission and won't reply to my emails or to the letter I sent. The letter was signed for by someone in the company on 24/10/22.

I wouldn't use this company again I money was sent to them from me in june 2021 and has taken them 10 weeks to pay me al I have had from them is excuses the same over and over

Been waiting since June for our refund.. have been told 7-10 days about 20 times now.. then last week was told that I will Only get half of what we was expecting as the two letters we had from HMRC were combined, when in July I was told they had 2 cheques from HMRC. Is it a scam.. I cant get through to HMRC to speak to someone either.. joke.
