Great shop if you want to have any piercing done. My daughter went in to have her bellybutton done. The staff are friendly and helpful. Lovley jewellery too

the only reason ive given it a 2 star rating and not lower is purely because ive had my 1st and 2nd lobs done there ans had 0 problems at all! im a pretty fast healer when it comes to piercings and usually have no problems, in summer 2022 i has my 3rd lobe piercings done and they have only just gotten some what okay, months of them just being sore and irritated, i thought orb could be the jewellery i was using or whatever but i cleaned them more than once a day followed instructions and used a better aftercare solution but nothing help. Another time i went in there was to look for a nose piercing after i lost mine, i can only use an L shaped one as ive tried other and its been a bit too hard to put in. I was telling the woman who was helping how i need a piercing which isnt thick, L shaped and how i have reactions to a certain type of metal. The woman was saying how complicated and difficult i was making the situation and just being really rude to me. To say its a piercing shop you would expect a lot of variation to fit the needs of everyone. Service: Ear piercing

I've come here to get multiple piercings done and have never had an issue! The place is clean, their jewellery range is great, the staff are lovely and the prices are reasonable.
