Hello I write to you in regards to my property. For 3 years I have have ongoing repairs that I have had to chase and chase to have work completed. When work is completed it is done to a poor standard. Mainly the damp work in the downstairs. This work has been completed 3 times until a damp course completed. The roof has been leaking and had numerous repairs on it. In December 2018 a the roof was "replaced" by Jackson and jackson. In fact they have only lifted the tiles and relayed them the have not replaced any insulation and have caused damage to the upstairs ceiling. They have also damaged my aerial when putting it back and have replaced it in the wrong place and caused damage to my sky dish. I have been told that the people who done this will return and replace this to the chimney and they have failed to do so. I have been promised decorating vouchers to help with costs of redecorating the kitchen, landing and bedroom. These have yet to materialise. I have called the service centre numerous times to be fobbed of by the poor customer service offered by yourselves. I have also raised concerns as to the 2nd bedroom size as this is below current regulations for a room for 2 people as there are 4 people in the house that only has 2 bedrooms. Again I have Been told "this will be looked into" and no one follows this up. I want a called from a senior manager by 10am on Monday 4th February 2019. I have sent a copy of this email to the following people.
