They are obviously working very hard to keep up standards. Being a couple of chefs down on a busy night doesn't help.
We got the wrong food and veal that was cremated.
At this point all you can ask is that they apologise and make it right.. which they did and gave us a a complimentary bottle of wine.
Next time we'll go on a quieter night.
