Do not use oaklee lettings worst letting firm going, been asking for repairs since April 2018 had to get the council involved cos of the repairs DO NOT rent off them never do repairs, only gave us gas safety certificate, how to rent booklet, and energy certificate when she knew I was going seeing a solictor and solictor has said under section 11 mis repair on house she then when to get a solictor they so make you laugh the list can go on and on had to move because house wasn't safe for my children and have 2 disabled children!!! And my friend and her husband ended up losing there house cos she doesn't even do credit checks on people and she hasn't got a office she is based inside a hairdressers!!!
