Unfortunately Ive had to rate you 1 star but only because I cant rate you a zero, 1 being the lowest. This company is absolutely dreadful and trying to communicate with you is an impossibility. Someone answers the phone saying they will send an urgent message and someone will contact you, never happens. Why this company has been trusted with managing The Meadows Red Lumb is beyond me or any company to be totally honest.
