        He left a old vulnerable couple with out heating of how water for 5 weeks! He sed the pump had to be ordered in and would take two week? It was a standard pump you can get form B&Q or any plumbers merchant the same day? After repeated calls and promises he did not turn up, then after asking another plumber to look at the job, it was shown not to be the pump, it was the programmer/mortised valve. All working now thanks DO NOT TRUST THIS PLUMBER I can not give 0 stars if i could i would... Service: Water heater repair
