Stevens quote for a boiler swap was not the cheapest but I went with him due to feedback and his availability for a Saturday installation. We spoke on the phone on the Wednesday and arranged the boiler swap for Saturday morning at 9am. I texted him again on the Friday just to confirm we were 100% ok for the Saturday installation. He texted back no problem. Received a text from him at around 8:15am Saturday saying he could not get hold of a boiler and so would not be coming, asking if he could come Monday instead, which we could not accomodate. We both work full time and went with Steven as he could do the Saturday and was rated as reliable. I don't usually leave negative feedback, but he let us down badly, with less than an hours notice by text message. This has left a family with no hot water and heating over a cold period. I cannot rate him on his actual work, and based on previous feedback, this is generally good. However, I will say that if reliability and someone coming when they say they will is important to you, I cannot recommend this company.

I called Steven at 3pm yesterday as I needed a Gas Safety Certificate, Steven told me he was available later on that day and he came around 6pm and the job was done! Efficient and friendly! Will use again.

I called Steven when my heating didn't work and I couldn't get another plumber for 3 days. He replaced my broken boiler quickly, efficiently and for a great price. Really clean worker, very cheery and even fixed my leaking tap for nothing!! Thanks Steve!! Highly reccomended and my family members who have used him too are always happy with him.

Steven has just completed our full central heating system and our new bathroom he completed the work in time and is very friendly. Will use again thanks again
