Great service lots of choice, not pretentious although they are good enough to be. They are the only opticians who could put varie focal wrap around in my frames. Had 2 sets of glasses from them... Ace!

Been going to Y&S, Bury for many years. Had both a c/lens check & eye test from Mandy & Nabeel very thorough as usual & as always excellent customer service!!

My wife and I have been customers here for many years but never again after some really poor service. Booked three weeks in advance and asked if they accepted work vouchers, which they said they did. Took day off work, turned up on the day only to be told they only had appointment in for one of us and that they didnt take he vouchers any more. The receptionists didnt seem interested - in fact their attitude was a bigger issue to us than the messed up booking. We have found another opticians and will not be frequenting Y&S again.

Avoid at all cost, terrible customer service, incompetent, unorganised and rude. A simple job of two new pairs of glasses from the same make but in different colours was too much. Had no choice but to take the pair I was given as: there will have been a reason why they ordered the same pair -in other words toughdeal with it! Certainly wont be returning to a place like this again! Just a terrible experience following the eye test which I guess was okay but given the experience following the eye test, I may go somewhere else for a second opinion sooner rather than later.

Had me waiting 15 minutes to se manager about a complaint, while waiting he past me and went to another customer so I left The front desk staff were rude and abrupt, I purchased Armani glasses because I was told they came with three cooler interchangeable arms, they have never been provided
