All the staff are welcoming and responsive to my childs needs. He has multiple allergies and are always willing to support us in any way they can to make sure he is happy and comfortable. Their communication is excellent, I am very reassured that he is content whilst he is in their care with constant updates via the app and photos which let me know what he is getting upto in the day. The whole team go above and beyond to make sure we are happy with the childcare experience. I have looked at lots of other nurseries before choosing first steps day nursery and I am very happy with my choice.

My toddler who attends this nursery is on the Autistic Spectrum. I am extremely impressed with the way he is progressing with the support of the staff in particular his key worker. She is supporting and guiding my son way above what is required of her. She keeps him calm, focussed and allows him to participate according to his complex needs. She really is an absolute asset to this nursery as are all the staff. They are all very helpful and make me as a parent of an autistic child feel comfortable, relaxed and very grateful for the fantastic job that they do. I felt I had to post this to do justice to the work that takes place at this nursery. Weldone.
