        I try for the first time doing sambo at bury defence academy it was very hard but the coach very good at break it down. It going to help with strength, conditioning and learn a new sports. All the students and staff are very friendly and respectful

        Excellent gym, coaches and facilities. From the moment I walked in with my three children of all different ages, I felt welcomed and comfortable. Every coach and member of staff go above and beyond for each user of the gym. A special mention to Michelle. An absolute credit to the gym and sport of boxing. Her way with the children of both age classes run to bring the best out in the kids is exceptional. The way she grows each kids talent, skills & confidence is a true reflection of what boxing is all about.
