My claim was dealt with well up until settlement. Ive was informed that the company received my money however, Im unsure what the delay was with receiving my compensation. The firm was taking an unreasonable amount of time to pay this to myself. They did not provide me a sufficient reason as to what the delay was and continuously stated I will receive this soon. I waited for around a month or slight longer to receive my money which is what ruined my experience of having my claim being dealt with by this company.

Received an email from them with a link to download documents but required a password. I replied to email to say didnt have a password and they replied. Kindly use your correct email password to be able to access the files, It's safe and password protected by microsoft. Why would I give someone my email password? Then called the number saved in my phone for the contact dealing with my case and this is a completely different company and my solicitors have not sent me any details today!!!

Communication was not great when it came to chasing the case, even had to chase for payment even though it had been received. I was pleased with the result, yet the damages won was nowhere near the costs that were attributed to the case which delayed the whole process and was unaware why this was. The payment process was excellent once the case had been resolved.

I was informed that there was a Data Breach of my information by a previous employer. I decided to seek representation and came across Legal National, I received a great service and found them to be extremely helpful solicitors, they kept me informed of the progress of my case throughout and Philip had my best interest at heart for me in terms of my case being settled.
