Cancelled a grab an hour before the scheduled arrival due to bad weather conditions but they turned up anyways and started loading some of the waste from my garden and threatened to fly tip onto council property if I didnt pay them. I couldnt get to the site to pay the driver (reason for cancelling the grab) so I called the office to pay due to being threatened and the rude guy on the phone hung up on me several times until finally they took a payment but for 70 more than was agreed. They didnt even take all of the waste away so I had to pay for a more reliable and professional grab company to do their work for them. Very unprofessional, rude and arrogant staff members. Have reported to local authorities & trading standards. Avoid this company.

Great place to learn, Phil and John are really good tutors and go through everything thoroughly, I'd highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to driving plant machinery.

Avoid at all costs Absolutely!! Absolutely terrible. Called me to say they will 20 minutes and arrived 2 and a half hours later for a delivery and grab costing 560 In a extra day of digger dumper and labour. Charged for 6 ton of mot and delivered 5 ton. Mot was terrible quality, delivered 5 ton of unusable grit sand full of 20mm stones. Absolute headache avoid this company. Seemed like a good deal over the phone until the grab turned up I a 6 wheeler rather than 8 resulting in some waste being left behind. Will now have to order another grab from a different company of course Avoid at all costs
