Excellent food and helpful helping with choice A must for a takeaway

Took 1.5 hours to deliver when told 45 mins. Then order not complete. Called and said they would bring missing items yet had to wait another hour. No apologies. Asked for a refund and not given. Poor service

Really disappointing. Food arrived two hours after ordering and when we called up to ask where it was we were told it was out for delivery. We then called 30 minutes later as it still hadn't arrived. When it did finally arrive it was mediocre at best. The "Spicy Box" was basically a load of chips with a couple pieces of meat. The order was also missing two garlic naans. This was the first time of ordering from Thindigo and will be the last.

When we order curry we usually come here. The last order was terrible. Usually the food is great but after an hour and forty minutes the food turned up and was average at best, in particular the lamb used in one curry was impossibily chewy. We phoned after an hour to be told the food was on its way only for it to take a further forty minutes. (We are less than half a mile away) If you're busy tell the truth instead of lying. Being busy and service being slower is no problem but getting your business caught in a ridiculous lie has cost your further orders from us. Really disappointed in the food and customer service on this occasion.

Our new favourite takeaway. Absolutely delicious, food arrives piping hot. Best Indian takeaway we've had.
