        Visit numerous big house builders on a daily basis and I can honestly say the site manager (Sean) is one of the best out there. If I was buying a house, if all site managers were like this one then there would be a lot more happy customers. No issue recommending this development with Sean at the helm.

        Not sure what's going on but it as been blissfully quiet the last couple of weeks, and I don't know about anyone else but the trucks that cut down through our drive have ruined it, it's like pothole city.

        After 9 month's of living here, we are still having serious issues. Can honestly say we were delighted initially now I wouldn't recommend Barratt's to anyone zero empathy when things go wrong.
