        No visitor parking. Fines in place and unnecessary unpleasantness from strange older resident if you park legally on the road! Add to this that the management company are slow to respond to fixing leaks and other issues - I'd leave well alone if you don't thrive on stress and pettiness. I don't live there, I've just visited somebody that does.
