        I had a wonderful facial and shoulder massage with Liz yesterday. It makes me feel relaxed and rejuvenated. I have also tried other facials, reflexology and a pedicure, all of which were very relaxing. Liz is very professional, kind and friendly. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my beauty treatments.         I highly recommend Innersense, a visit every six weeks helps me to escape from the stress and pressure of everyday life. Liz is wonderful, she is kind and supportive and provides personalised treatments using her carefully blended aromatherapy oils. She is always professional and takes time to listen, I always feel positive when its time to leave. She has a wide range of beautiful products to help with wellbeing at home, her hand poured therapy candles are better than any I have bought elsewhere.
