        What a gorgeous workout space in the centre of Bury, ran by brilliant coaches and equipped with a huge variety of equipment. The space itself is gorgeous, clean and fresh. The coaches are highly experienced and tailor to individual needs. Would highly recommend and I will keep returning.

        Cant recommend this place enough. Wanted somewhere quiet to get back into a gym routine away from the usual packed out commercial gyms but also PT sessions to ensure I would get the most out of what I was putting in. This place has been perfect. Everything you would need in a great venue, with a really cool modern vibe and a bit of a hidden gem. Frenchie and Hannah are absolutely brilliant, knowledgable and inspiring, and youd struggle to find nicer people. The association with The Hive gives options for progression into cross fit and group training which is a massive positive as well.
